Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

Aural is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our social media presence. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating content, and managing all social media channels to enhance brand awareness, engage with followers, and increase website traffic and sales. The ideal candidate must be creative, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience managing social media accounts across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Manage social media accounts by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the overall social media strategy.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders to expand brand reach and improve engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools to track and analyse data, and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.
• Passionate about social media and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
