Job Description:

Aural is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content for our social media channels, with a focus on Instagram reels and YouTube shorts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality video content for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts
• Act as the face of Aural in social media content, appearing in videos and promoting the brand
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand messaging and marketing objectives
• Write clear, concise and engaging captions for social media posts
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Aural stays ahead of the curve
• Analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of our content and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
• Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner
• Attend and cover events and promotions to create content for social media
• Ensure all content is in line with Aural's brand guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film or a related field
• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or social media specialist
• Experience in creating Instagram reels and YouTube shorts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is a plus
• Passion for music and audio is a plus
